Frank Melville Park is located in Setauket, NY. It is a privately owned park that is opened to the public. There are two ponds that are a part of the park. This photo is from the mill house. The park is home to a watermill that was a working mill for two centuries. The mill is still operational. The photo reflects vegetation from one of the ponds. I like the reflection in the window and the shadows from the trees. I feel that this window offers a glimpse into the past, yet allows the present, and future, to speak to park visitors.
